Physician Information needs to be excluded as Mandatory on the OSHA detail page for First Aid Only.

First Aid entries are for incidences a user wants to track but are not reportable and usually don't require Physician Treatment intervention. This includes Physician/Care Provider Name and Address, Treatment Facility.

Ability to set security so users can see only certain attachments

Sometimes auditors are given access to parts of HRMS and would need to look at attachments. Currently you can either see every attachment or none of them. This would also help streamline what users can have access to, so that HIPAA is not violated.

Add Physical Address and Mailing Address Fields

There are many products that offer enhanced security or single sign-on features, also using LDAP and SAML 2.0. It would be great if ESS could support these products. SAML 2.0 support would be great, but third-party LDAP at a minimum is needed.
