Web Portal: Have the Advanced find automatically populate, and allow for setting defaults on A/L/T/O

This is probably coming later, but having the screen auto populate with defaults would be nice.

Currently you can highlight the date but you have to erase it in order to type in a specific date. Using the calendar that pops up is annoying because you can't easily change the month and or year -- you have to scroll through every single calenda...
