reset default password for ESS

To reset the password to the default setting, the system changes it to newuser. newuser is not a valid formatted password. Can they change the reset password to a valid password?

Ability to set security so users can see only certain attachments

Sometimes auditors are given access to parts of HRMS and would need to look at attachments. Currently you can either see every attachment or none of them. This would also help streamline what users can have access to, so that HIPAA is not violated.

Change Date and Reason need to be required on changes to Current Job/Pay

Too often, changes get made but these fields don't get filled in. This causes erroneous history, which makes reporting a nightmare. These fields should be required for any change.
