We need to have a report that summarizes what each Hire elects for benefits or if they do a Life Event change; We need to have this enhancement as soon as possible for our files and to be able to submit any claims to third party carriers.

Would like the ability to print or export a report for life events.� Currently you have to "snap shot" the screen as print screen will not work either.� Much simpler if there was an export button.

Option of Spanish language on ESS - This is a huge deal for us as we have so many Spanish-as-first-language employees.
