"Creating Local Data Caches" - Hold Over From Suite

The process that creates local data caches in HRMS is a holdover from Abra Suite and should be removed. This process was built into the product when network speeds were slower but it has recently changed and does not seem helpful.As of the Q4 2022 update, the process tries to bring in the contents of syaudit, but if those contents are over 1.4 Gb, it fails due to memory limitations. This is not the memory limitations of the workstation, it is the memory limitations of the 32-bit datatype that it is using.It could be bypassed. (See Beth Whitchurch and Nixon Max for more info.)
