Need a process to add Accrual codes and distribution codes to employees when you tie a time off plan to an accrual code--currently this is a manual process!

There needs to be a process that goes through each employee and adds the correct accrual plan with the correct distribution code to each employee's pay tab.� If there are hundreds, let alone thousands of employees, this is a very time consuming task. We need a process where we can choose how to map the distribution codes (similar to employee configuration on the payroll side). We need to be able to tell the process what field in HRMS to look at for distribution code mapping (org levels, custom detail fields, etc.) so that the process can assign the correct distribution to the employee as it assigns the correct accrual code. This either needs to be a process in Time Off Setup, or we need the mapping in employee configuration (that exists in the Sage 300 link) to be able to assign these efficiently. If you put it in the Open Payroll/Employee Configuration process, it would be great to have the option to just run this part of the process, and the option to leave it out (Open payroll can be time consuming as it is). Ideally, since adding the codes in bulk is usually a one time process, it would be great to have this as a separate process on the time off menu. Additional comment I think this may be available already, although it could be enhanced. If you use the Add Attendance Plans process, HRMS will auto launch the Assign/Earnings Deductions payroll process. This process will add the associated Accrual code into each employee's payroll tab based on a filter set by Class Code (HR Org levels), custom criteria, or by created selection lists. This criteria could be updated to run for each unique Distribution Code. It does not allow you to filter on HR database fields like Custom Details fields.
