When the Benefit Administrator review enrollment requests for either/both Open Enrollment and Life Events, the current benefits need to display along with the enrollment request. For example, "Changed From" in another column or the current enrollments listed below the elections. This is becoming a serious issue as Benefit options and the carrier rules become more dynamic. For example, EOI requirements are very common if a person elects Voluntary Life after their Hire grandfather period.
