The Link should include the ability to transfer accruals, not just paid time, from Sage 100 to Sage HRMS. This would allow hours based calculations (ie CA Sick leave now rolling out to many other states as well in 2025/2026 as mandates) to calculate in Sage 100, and pass the leave accruals and balance details to Sage HRMS leave plans. The 2nd piece of that is that Sage HRMS ESS would be able to preview these leave plans and employees will be able to ask for time off. This is a compliance management item.
