Every time a message is pushed to our Sage HRMS desktop version it crashes our system. If we are processing payroll it will cause errors in records due to the crash. This is a known issue as we have experienced it on many occasions. One minute we are working in the system and then received an error that closes the program. When we log back in there is a message about a product update (or User Group Spring 2026 that happened today).
We were directed by Sage support (Ticket 8010679061) to post there:
