Sage 100 requires a country code. When data is imported to HRMS from a CSV file, the Country code is not recognized by Sage 100. However, when you manually type the country code in to HRMS and then attempt to transfer the data, it will recognize the country code. This is a error and needs to fix the fact that the import is not working for that one field.
This appears to be a one-off issue with the data configuration. Please contact Customer Support for assistance with this issue as they should be able to provide a remedy.
