When attempting to access the Sage 100 using the Connected Services link in HRMS, HRMS does not validate the login credentials indicating whether the username or password is incorrect. This causes issues with the Sage 100/HRMS link and connection.�� Currently, the system assumes the credentials are correct, but will fail to connect to Sage 100 without any indication what is incorrect. Our suggestion is that HRMS adds a feature that indicates whether the username or password is incorrect. This way the user can understand what the error may be and can verify the credenitals
