Add in the option to have a company wide PTO calendar that everyone can see on their home page or on a page. This will help people know when others are out, even if they don't report to them.� Needs to be an option as not everyone will want it.� Would also be nice if the employee viewing the calendar could choose company wide, people who report to them, or who are in the same department (could be an org level choice in the setups). This is absolutely critical for planning and collaboration. Needs to the ability to be subscribable by things like outlook (So a .ics URL?) so that it can show up alongside all other events and effect other things (e.g. availability in outlook, slack status, etc). This could help tremendously with on call rotation scheduling, setting fallback personnel in case of emergency due to being out, and scheduling training/meetings.
