Have terminations also write to the job history panel to track multiple rehires on employees
Termination information (all cells on the termination panel) should also write to a history panel to make multiple rehires easier to report on, as well as termination/hire dates, and give a better way to write hire/termination reports that are for past dates as opposed to "right now".
