When data is entered into ESS, it can allow data that is not valid in the corresponding field in HRMS. One example is in Address. The country in ESS can be longer than is allowed in HRMS. Consequently we have address changes that have to be rejected because they won't save to HRMS. Another example is with time off requests, A person can request the same to and from date in ESS, but HRMS will give an error whenyou process time off.
