Mobile Version: Back and Submit buttons are on top of each other -- very difficult for employees to create their logon

Many employees aren't in front of a computer all day, so mobile is the only access they have. It is very difficult to use the mobile since the back button and submit button are so close to each other. Employees keep hitting back instead of submit when trying to create their login id.�
