Terminated Employees with a Null Termination Date

If an employee is terminated, but the termination Date is Null, it crashes the container in Sage HRMS. This has been happening since Abra Suite (At least 13 years)It should be a simple matter of handling the unexpected data type. (If NULL, then do something not bad.)
