Inborn SMTP Settings Control

For the future we would love to see ESS allow us to interact with an SMTP server with encryption over port 587. Then have a�settings screen�where we can enter in credentials so an account could authenticate into the SMTP server. For now we can use a local SMTP server and configure that information. It just would be nice if it were native in the product. In addition there have been a number of requests for two factor authentication.?

    SMTP is used for sending email communication from Sage ESS. If customer wants to use secure port for sending emails, Advanced tab in the properties of SMTP settings has an option to set SMTP outgoing port. Default usually is set to port 25. If users want to user secure port 587, they can change it here example 587. Further they also have an option to use encryption type supported by their network. Sage ESS does not use certain port and will send email using configured port in SMTP settings.
