The largest pain point for clients seems to be when users try to create Needs Review accounts in Employee Self-Service. They need to match exactly the information put on the Sage HRMS Personal screen. I would like to suggest making these no longer respect capitalization and formatting. For instance, the SSN 123-45-6789 should match with 1234-5-6789 (Use a replace on both sides to eliminate the dashes) A name like "Thorton" should match "THORTON" by comparing the lowercase version of both.These format and capitalization issues cannot be seen by the employee without assistance from the HR team, and that is why it's causing us hours of wasted time. Correcting this should be easy for engineering.
