SOC code field should be added to Job Code setup

There should be a field for the standard occupational classification (SOC) code on the job code setup. It should be set up so that when an employee is assigned a job code, it pulls the SOC code from the job code setup, but also allow you to change the SOC on individual employee records (similar to the way the employee type or the salaried/hourly fields work).
