Add Payroll information to Audit Trail. Or create a new Payroll Audit capability

There is an increasing number of requests to view Payroll changes in an Audit Trail, as is currently available in HR. At minimum Pay tab, Tax tab and EFT tab additions, changes and/or deletions. Either as part of the existing Audit Trail or a specific AuditTrail in HRMS Payroll
