Proof of enrollment (ability to recall the employee's election) should be available for life events and all other enrollments outside of the OE period

We sometimes need to be able to show proof of enrollment to a life insurance or stop loss carrier, and we would also like to show that the employee has authorized the payroll deduction related to employee benefit premium contributions.
