Allow "Company" page to be visible in ESS

Our associates use the "Company" page of ESS to access key resources from home, including the associate handbook, benefits site, perks site, and more. Expanding ESS functionality to mobile devices would be a significant improvement, as most associates do not have a desktop or laptop at home but nearly all have a smartphone. Mobile access would make ESS more convenient, increase engagement with important resources, and ensure all associates have equitable access to critical information.
