The current solution of creating the multi-establishment EEO-1 report by Company code is not providing a practical method to meet the EEOC requirement.� The attached are excerpts from the sample guide posted for filing of year 2022 report.� The first describes the filing requirement for Multi-establishment. The second is from the definitions section of the guide defining "establishment".� An establishment is a physical location. Therefore if one company has a number of physical locations they submit one file containing a page for headquarters and each location.� It causes a much more complicated system to maintain for users of HRMS and ESS to create companies out of locations.� This is especially true if there are integrations such as Sage 100 Payroll Link where this systems are established as one company.�
