For terminated employees we need to be able to set up separate security. For instance, terminated employees need to have any manager screens revoked, as well as things like HR Actions (where they can still see information on employees!) and STA. We need them to not be able to start a life event, etc. Realistically they should only be able to access their basic information and payroll history. It would be great if on the settings screen where we set up access, if there were a last column for terminated employees that could be set to View/Not View.
