ESS Setup should allow for both the manager and the supervisor to access employee data in ESS I realize all companies may not be structured the same way, but there should be a flag to allow this feature. There is more than one tier of management and the system should recognize that. I completely agree. We have had to create multiple View Builder Roles in order to get everyone access to what they need.
