Federal Exempt box option

There should be a box or option to indicate 'exempt' from federal taxes, when assigning/adding federal tax to an employee. Especially since the new W4 form (2026) now has a separate 'exempt' line box. Also, since every employee who claims 'exempt' should complete a new W4 form every year, it would be nice to be able to run an 'exempt' report (to know which employees to contact).
