Web Portal: In the date boxes, make it easier to change the year and/or the month without having to scroll back and forth through the calendar
Currently you can highlight the date but you have to erase it in order to type in a specific date. Using the calendar that pops up is annoying because you can't easily change the month and or year -- you have to scroll through every single calenda...
