This field could not be found when configuring Audit Trail in HRMS Enterprise Setup. This is a critical field, specifically in how it integrates with the Payroll START date.

HRMS installs in metric based countries may use height in cm's so a measurement of 185cm is likely and was allowed previously. Those employees with the height filled in cause upgrades to fail with field overflow errors.
