I believe in 2024 you are looking at adding W-2's in ESS. While you are doing this can you add 1095's as well?

Add option for Time Off Calendar to select to approve pending time off transactions from the calendar, in addition to the Notifications area.

ESS should work more like a bank website, and pop up a box reminding the user they are going to be logged out, and if the time isn't extended, it should return to the login screen. This would keep sensitive information from being shown.
