Provide the ability to not place the Client Installation icon on the desktop on the server. Users tend to access that icon, as it's the same symbol / icon for the install as for launching the product itself.

Too often, changes get made but these fields don't get filled in. This causes erroneous history, which makes reporting a nightmare. These fields should be required for any change.

Make the gender identity drop down list configurable by the client. So we can customize it to our government and reporting needs.
