When going to update a date field (pay effective date for instance), you cannot type in the date. It immediately pops up the calendar, and you have to search for the date month by month. We should have the ability to type in the date as well as us...

Provide the ability to not place the Client Installation icon on the desktop on the server. Users tend to access that icon, as it's the same symbol / icon for the install as for launching the product itself.

Too often, changes get made but these fields don't get filled in. This causes erroneous history, which makes reporting a nightmare. These fields should be required for any change.
