Need to be able to add labels to these fields! Otherwise over time as personnel in department no one knows what this is for.

We sometimes need to be able to show proof of enrollment to a life insurance or stop loss carrier, and we would also like to show that the employee has authorized the payroll deduction related to employee benefit premium contributions.

The reports (specifically the report by plan) have employee premium and dependent premium, but do not total these columns so that you can actually compare it to the invoice from the carriers.

The web portal doesn't allow the user to type in the expiration date. It defaults to using the calendar control which is cumbersome when benefits don't expire in our system until 2099.
