Make employee's current tax withholding election viewable to them in ESS. Having an interactive federal W-4 form would be even better. HR Actions has a plug in for this. You should look into that module.

Add Total Premium to the Benefit Reports to compare to invoicing

The reports (specifically the report by plan) have employee premium and dependent premium, but do not total these columns so that you can actually compare it to the invoice from the carriers.

Effective Date needs to be updated to the Needs Review date if an employee elected a benefit, waived it, then elected again. Or, as an alternative, an alternate date needs to be created to store "subsequent election" date - different from Latest Change
