Would highly encourage under the ESS mobility of the Premium Version for Attachments to be able to be added by the user. Also would encourage tabs from the desktop version such as EVENTS tab to be able to be viewed and also added by user.

Sometimes a change is being run for just a couple people, yet still needs Update Benefits to be run. Allow the ability to select a person or org level or other criteria�within this process.�

Currently you can highlight the date but you have to erase it in order to type in a specific date. Using the calendar that pops up is annoying because you can't easily change the month and or year -- you have to scroll through every single calenda...

There are many products that offer enhanced security or single sign-on features, also using LDAP and SAML 2.0. It would be great if ESS could support these products. SAML 2.0 support would be great, but third-party LDAP at a minimum is needed.
