Delegate Approvers for Time Off should be able to see time off history

A delegate approver can't see any previously approved time off entries for the staff. How are they supposed to make a decision whether to approve or not approve? They should have this access.

Make employee's current tax withholding election viewable to them in ESS. Having an interactive federal W-4 form would be even better. HR Actions has a plug in for this. You should look into that module.
