Would highly encourage under the ESS mobility of the Premium Version for Attachments to be able to be added by the user. Also would encourage tabs from the desktop version such as EVENTS tab to be able to be viewed and also added by user.

This is probably coming later, but having the screen auto populate with defaults would be nice.

With the work places becoming more and more diverse, we are seeing multiple different language speaking people. We need a way for people to be able to change what language they are viewing ESS in.

There should be some way of programming this, as the custom detail pages are either single or multi record, just like other employee pages. We should be able to turn them on with view/edit access like other pages.
