Add feature to Security Group setup to hide Salary by Department, Job Title, etc. for HR Clerk.

I process payroll with automatic timecards. It would be helpful if I could add a visible note to timecards. That would allow me to watch for something specific per EE/timecard when I'm processing timesheets.
