ESS Mobile- Add Events page to mobile and give Users a way to Add ATTACHMENTS (adding attachments for all pages that have it in ESS, not just Events

Would highly encourage under the ESS mobility of the Premium Version for Attachments to be able to be added by the user. Also would encourage tabs from the desktop version such as EVENTS tab to be able to be viewed and also added by user.
