Expire Benefits on Web Portal

The web portal doesn't allow the user to type in the expiration date. It defaults to calendar selection which is cumbersome when benefits don't expire in our system until 2099.

Remove requirement for domain name in ESS login

Users get frustrated when having to remember to enter domain\ prior to the username when logging into ESS. I believe only one domain is allowed with ESS, why not set that as a default so that the user does not have to enter when logging in.
